Arlene   Chair and Founder   Is the Chair and Founder of Seattle Parents of Preemies and a volunteer with the EvergreenHealth NICU Parent Advisory Board. Her boy/girl twins were born prematurely at 30 weeks gestation. Arlene is passionate about advocacy for preemie parents and families.   Su-Ann Tan   Team Lead   Is a Team Lead of Seattle Parents of Preemies and a volunteer with the EvergreenHealth NICU Parent Advisory Board. Her daughter was born prematurely at 26 weeks gestation and spent a total of 10.5 months split between two different NICUs.
