Arlene Smith Is the Chair and Founder of Seattle Parents of Preemies and a volunteer with the EvergreenHealth NICU Parent Advisory Board. She was on bedrest for 20 weeks during her pregnancy and her boy/girl twins were born prematurely at 30 weeks gestation.
